MAC sent me an email last week letting me know that their collaboration with Caitlyn Jenner was released. I jumped on the occasion and bought it, not only because 100% of the selling price (all of it! not just profit) goes to support MAC AIDS Fund (MAF) Transgender Initiative, but also because the thought of a creamsheen mid tone rosey nude lipstick was totally dreamy.
If you are already tempted to get it, here is the link for Finally Free. As I type this they still have it in stock. Is an online exclusive.
Finally Free is a true rose shade that has a natural creamy glossy finish. Not too pink, not too red. Perfect muted mid tone warm rose colour. They call it nude on MAC’s website and I can totally see why. If you have pigmented lips this will be your perfect my lips but better shade.
I personally love it more than I thought I would! I am a natural mauvey-rosey-brown lover and this shade gives a more vibrant tint and shine to my lips than usual. I look healthy wearing it. It will make a good addition to your spring lipstick collection if you recognise yourselves in my description of my classic favourite shades. It will look beautiful with lots of bronzer on, highlighter and glossy black mascara for a fresh spring-summery look.
Maybe this lipstick will not be as attractive for younger fashionable girls who love bright corals or a very matte formula, but this one is truly a classic shade. I know my mother will love this one too. It would make a lovely Mother’s Day present I think.

Finally free is $17 (US) and all the money goes to MAC AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative.
I’m very happy I picked it up!
